Who runs Willow

Willow is run by Aytek Kanokov.

Willow Kitchen & Bath Remodeling builds kitchens, bathrooms and walk-in showers for homeowners across the Peninsula and South Bay, from San Francisco to San Jose. We are a small, local company: the crew that measures your bathroom is the crew that builds it, and every job that needs a permit is permitted under our own license. We publish our prices because you should know what a remodel costs before anyone comes to your house. Tile and waterproofing are where we are strongest, and every shower is flood-tested before a single tile goes on.

The crew

Our in-house, dedicated crew. The same people work on your job from demolition to the final clean, and the owner checks in on every job.

Our work

A few of the showers and bathrooms we have built. More are on our projects page.

walk-in shower with a bench, pebble floor, rain head and handheld under a skylight
full bathroom in marble-look porcelain with a hex mosaic floor and shaker vanity
curbless shower with large-format tile, two niches and matte black fixtures

The shop

Our shop is where materials are staged, where you can see tile and fixture samples, and where the trucks leave from in the morning. Visits by appointment during office hours: Mon–Sat 7:00 AM–7:00 PM · Sunday closed.

License and insurance

License #1127360 is held by Painters Dada LLC: C-33 Painting (active). B General Building: applied for, pending. Check it on CSLB, or read our license, bond and insurance details.

What we do not do

  • No strangers on your job. The people who measure are the people who build.
  • No 24-hour hotline. We answer the phone during office hours (Mon–Sat 7:00 AM–7:00 PM · Sunday closed). Outside them, leave a message or a text and we call back the next morning.
  • No additions or structural work yet. Until our general building (B) license issues, we take kitchens, bathrooms and tub-to-shower conversions only.
  • No bathtub refinishing. That goes to our sister company, Proper Reglazing; see refinish the tub or replace it.
