How much does a tub-to-shower conversion cost?
Our three conversion packages and their prices are at the top of this page; line items are on the tub-to-shower cost page.
How long does it take?
One day for acrylic, about five for tile, seven to ten for curbless. Glass is measured after tile and installed about a week later.
Do I need a permit?
When the drain or valve moves, yes. We confirm with your city before quoting and include it.
Where do I shower in the meantime?
In another bathroom if you have one. For a one-bathroom house, the acrylic system is back in use the next day.
Is acrylic as good as tile?
Acrylic is faster and has no grout to clean. Tile looks better, lasts longer and lets you choose any size and layout.
What does the warranty cover?
Our workmanship and the waterproofing, in writing. See our warranty page.
How do payments work?
A deposit of $1,000 or 10% of the price, whichever is less, at signing; after that you pay as the work is completed. The full schedule is on our pricing page.
What should I decide before the site visit?
Whether another bathroom keeps a tub, and whether you want a curb or a flat entry. Everything else we work out on site.
